During our stay for a family trip, we enjoyed the fantastic kids' activities and the excellent buffet options available at breakfast and dinner. The animation team was a highlight, providing engaging activities that kept our little one entertained. The private beach access made it easy to relax and swim without the usual crowds, and our upgraded room offered stunning views that elevated our experience. I was surprised by the lack of coffee and tea amenities in the room, which was a minor inconvenience.

the whole experience was just sad. i mean, the pool bar prices were outrageous! and don't even get me started on the staff’s attitude, especially Daniella—seriously, just rude. i expected a special touch since I spent a fortune here, yet got treated like any regular guest—so disappointing. almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.
